Can I Find Furniture/wood Stain And Grout That Is Safe For Use In Pregnancy?

I have a few pieces of furniture I wanted to refinish but I just found out I am pregnant. I want to make sure anything I use is safe around the baby. I using no-voc paint right now in the bedroom, still well-ventilated and its going well but can I use it on furniture? What about stains…any dynamic products out there?
Also, we want to redo our flooring. Is there any offgassing from new carpets that could be harmful or fumes from grout and sealants on a tile floor?
