Why not go Ten pin bowling. They have party events that you can book with party food thrown in. Once people have finished eating, you will have fun competing and there is no chance of being bored.

Well, you can invite your friend a bit soon to prepare food with you. Make some simple and funny food like colourful jelly or cookies will be fun. 13 years old, you should know to cook
About games to play, I think you can hold this games follow.
First, find the big canvas slide or some kind of materials. Then draw on it lines of colourful circle that you can put your foot, or your hand in. Your could play calling 1 of your friends, and tell him/her to do something like: “Put you left hand in the red circle of the first line, your right foot on the green circle of the fourth line, and sing a song at the same time”.
I think it would be fun!
