  1. Well, you’ll need workers comp for the caregivers, and accident coverage for the kids, and liability coverage. The liability coverage without abuse or molestation defense costs, will probably run you about $1500 per $25,000 in gross receipts. Workers comp about 7% of payroll, and the accident policy will start at $1,000, based on the number of kids/days. Molestation/abuse defense costs START at $2500 with a $5,000 per claim deductible.

  2. At least a $1,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 aggregate general liability policy.
