I’m 24 Weeks Pregnant With A Girl & Was Wondering At How Many Weeks Do Babies Open Their Eyes?

I heard that baby girls open their eyes sooner than boys.
I saw on a website that girls open them at around 24 weeks but on the babycenter website they say at 27 weeks.
What do you think?

  1. I’ve always heard around 27 weeks. Doesn’t matter if it’s a boy or a girl.

  2. Babies have their eyes open before that bc their eyelids have to form they notice light at about 5 or 6 month depending on the baby.

    Ive never heard that before and i get newsletters from about 7 different sites a week most of them say 27/28 weeks

  4. have you checked out their videos?? the last one i think it shows that the baby can actually open its eyes and see the light through your skin
