  1. My son is The same way. He was born on the 7th of march. My best advice is to sleep when he sleeps. Other than that, you can try swaddling him up nice and snug, if you are breast feeding look at what you’re eating… My problem is I was eating too many foods with tomato sauces… Mylicon drops help a little, Baby’s bliss gripe water… or another kind of gripe water helps tremendously! Also there is a video I got and it’s helped so much with soothing my son quickly. It’s called the happiest baby on the block. There are a few different soothing tips and most of them work for my son. I had it so bad that I actually wished my son would take a pacifier and I have tried several different kinds to get him to take them. He won’t though lol. Definitely bring it up at your baby’s next well baby check up. Your doctor may have some more ideas.

  2. I keep looking for a question from “you” that “I” can answer, and you throw me a curve ball. lol
I think you look under the hood or maybe change add fuel additive. lol
    Good luck

  3. all the answers you got are good ones, you need to keep experimenting. perspective is important too, i don’t mean this to sound trite but you’ve only just begun. if the gassy thing does not resolve , consider eliminating ALL milk products from your diet (if BF) it can take 3 wks for your system to be dairy free to give baby full relief. perspective- i promise you’ll survive and if you can’t borrow a good solution you’ll invent one -or you’ll power through with your combat boots on. hugs to you

  4. You are suppose to let your baby sleep as long as they want at that age. If you don’t want your baby to have gas, make sure that you burp your baby. Sometimes after that one burp there is still gas. The best way to release gas from your baby, rub there back up and down softly.

  5. try switching bottles (if your not breastfeed), make sure to burp babe (which I’m sure your doing), try gas drops.
The only thing that worked for my babe was if I slept with him on the bed or I would made a sling out of a bedsheet to wear, and slept sitting in the rocking chair while he slept in the sling. I accidentally fell asleep like that & he slept for 5 hours. Whatever works to keep you sane!

  6. Normal pattern for a newborn, sleeps all day and up all night the baby has the days and nights mixed up. Gassy, have you tried Milocon Drops? 0.3 on the dropper only as needed. Are you breast feeding or trying a pacifier? Swings work well, laying on the tummy works well, purchase a baby hot water bottle and put him on his side up against the warm bottle. Car rides, putting bouncy chair on top of washer or dryer they like the motion and noise. These are all things that I and my family have tried over the years. Best of luck and congrats on the new bundle of joy!!!

  7. he just has his days and nights mixed up so does my daughter…she was born March 26, 2008…you could try to keep her stimulated during the day it will help him sleep more at night thats what ive been doing and its helpin me slowly…but its a task…lol…and if you get too tired just sleep when he sleeps and thatll help too…congrats and good luck…also have you tried the mylacon drops…i heard they work really good
