What If An Infant Accidentally Ate Half A Tube Of Neosporin?
Should I eat the other half and see if there are any adverse effects?
I want to call the doctor, but I don’t have any medical insurance.
The baby was not crying or anything. He seemed to liked eating the stuff. He only cried when I took the tube away from him.

You must be really stupid. do you actually think your side affects will be the same as a baby? yes you call a doctor and ask on the phone you don’t eat the damn tube to!! so mother ***** you damn sh!t head *****!!!
Yes, you should eat the other half definitely. Then go to bed and stop wasting my time with BS questions.
Are you joking or just a complete idiot… That could be POISONOUS to an infant. Get your @$$ to the emergency room…
this is a good one, quite fun indeed… reading all the funny answers.
i would make him throw it up and watch for him to be acting werid or gets a rash then go to the er but i think that stuff isnt nasty like that
if the infinat ate the tube you need to contact posin control now!!!!!!! that kid could get really sick. that medicine is ment for sores only.
Duh. Eat the other half? Read the label.

If you look at the “top contributor’s” previous questions-oh wait you can’t-very odd.
Call the local 24 hour Pharmacy and ask a Pharmacist or call poison control, don’t take any chances, the longer you wait the worse it could be.
The infant is going to have very, very serious health effects.
What the neosporin can do on you will have nothing to do with what it does on you. you are atleast 5x bigger than that infant ..
Yeah eat the other half.
Call poison control and probably get ready to take the baby to ER. No offense but who the $*%& cares if you have medical if your child ate half a tube of that. And since you don’t have medical be prepared to have some bills sent to you. Try and go to s county hospital as they tend to work more with no insurance people.
And then on monday….get to welfare and get your child some insurance at the very least.
I’m Not Sure, but you Definately NEED to contact a doctor immediately. Don’t try to eat the rest because It wont have the same effect on you since you’re older. The baby should Be alright, but you need to go to a doctor. Good luck (:
Ew, don’t eat the other half, that would be really dumb, i say go to the doctor before your baby gets sick. if you really care about your child you would do anything to make sure the baby is ok, and sometimes that includes paying money that you don’t need to, but you should take your baby to the doctor right now!!!!!!!
You can anticipate no problems, but you shouldn’t accept our answers. Call Poison Control. If you don’t know the local number, in most of the US, they can be accessed by 1-800-222-1222, and it won’t cost you a cent. They do this all the time, and they don’t mind at all talking about the non-toxic ingestions that are a good deal of what they hear about.
Is this a joke? If it is, it’s not all that funny.
Besides, how on earth did your “infant” eat half a tube of Neosporin?? When I see someone talking about an infant, I think of a baby-baby…like a few months old. I don’t think of a child that is old enough to hold onto a tube of something and eat it.
CALL YOUR POISON CONTROL CENTRE! He could die. There are medications and chemicals in Neosporin that are NOT meant to be injested.
Read the label on the back about accidental ingestion. If there is none, you need to call the poison control hotline. They will know. Don’t wait! It’s a medicine, and the baby ate it!
