What Is A Home Remedy For Infant Diarrhea?
I know there is a home remedy for it that my doctor told me about if I can’t afford pedialyte but I don’t remember what it is.

Pedialite will not help diarrhea. It will help hydrate while your child has diarrhea. How old is your infant? If it is too young to eat solids then you can try rice water which is proven to help diarrhea. If your child is old enough to eat small things then you can try Bananas, rice water or rice, toast and dairy. Keep to bland foods and stay away from foods with sugar and fat, such as ice cream, gelatin, pudding and fried foods. Make sure to give your child plenty of fluids as they can become dehydrated fast. Good Luck!
Breastmilk. It’s the best thing.
If your baby is formula fed, it’s very possible that the baby has diarrhea in response to the formula. You should really at the very least, call your doctor’s office. If the baby is super young, they’ll likely want to see her.
Tell your doctor you can’t afford it. They can set you up with some places that can offer donations. you may just have to let it run its course.
