around 2 months he started doing that.
now hes 9 months and i swear sometimes i wish i knew what he was saying lol, he goes on and on and he speaks with emotion (angry, happy, sad).
he says mama, dada, nana (grandma), eesha (his auntie), hey, baba (bottle)… and those are only the regular basis words.
it is funny to hear him, i love when he talks.
Around 2 months, but mostly to Grandma at first – he loves to talk to her – she’s really good a motherese and talks to him all the time. He’s 4 months old now and talks like crazy, and what’s really funny is that he talks differently to different people! He even has a ‘complaining’ talk, which we think is hysterical.
my son is four months old now and he has been “talking” for awhile now. he is always playgul and everything like that and he loves attention and for people to talk to him.
MY DAUGHTER WAS ABOUT 8 WKS OLD WHEN SHE STARTED 2 ACT LIKE SHE WANTED 2 TALK BACK 2 ME WITH ALL HER COOS AND GURGLING AND SOMETIMES SCREAMING OUT LOUD
My litttle guy is starting his 5th month and last month he really started to babble! It’s amazing in a MONTH the new sounds and noises he has made. He’s making sounds like: “Buuu” “Guuu” And sometimes just sounds like a gremlin!! ha ha. I have found he makes newer noises when he sticks his hands in his mouth- I think he feels the vibration and it helps him make the new noises.
But those are the ones he is really making ‘clearly’. He just talks and talks and I let him!
A tip I wanted to share with you- I read that the gateway to how your kid will communicate with you later in life actually starts now. The WAY you respond to him talking is EVERYTHING! Let him/her talk, wait til they are done, they respond to them like you actually understand what thye are saying to you. You should get a good smile out of it AND more talking!
Have fun listening! This is my first one and we are IN love with our little man!
Some babies are more vocal than others and it’s really fun to watch them. The more you talk to them, and NOT in baby talk, the faster they will learn to talk. One of my grandchildren would answer the phone at 16 months. His conversation wasn’t long, but he had the proper idea about how the phone worked.
Enjoy your son, they are fun to watch as they grow and develop.
My little one started at about 2 weeks ago. She just turned 2 months yesterday.
