3 Sm.kids- Need Minivan Recom.?
I will be shopping for a minivan soon – prefer used one. We have three sm.kids in car seats – two toddlers and one baby. I need easy access to third row seats for buckling in.
Here are a prioritized list of what I want so far…any recommendations on what minivan to go with make/model?
1. 3.3L engine or better
1.5. Great safety features, side air bags too
2. leather seats
3. adjustable heat/cooling for rear of vehicle (also like to have a couple windows for the back of the van.)
4. EASY access to third row…either moveable, removeable second row seat. (thinking stow & go seat may be the best option?!)
5. ample trunk space (for a couple bikes, sports equip, groceries)
6. Fuel Economy & Price – that’s always important relative to the features
I haven’t found a good comparison tool to weigh out the vans, but I know the Honda Odessy & Toyota Sienna always rank high.

Well I’d recommend the Odyssey and Sienna. I’m not sure of your price range though. You can find either used though. Since you seem to know what you want(which is fantastic) just go to the dealer and test drive all three of them. Go to edmunds.com and make sure you know their values and stuff too.
Something used and for low price. 2002-2003 Dodge Caravan or Ford Windstar. Many of them around for sale, both good, used, 5-6 year old family vans. They still get great reviews today as far as I’ve seen
